Attic Fanatics did a Wonderful job from start to finish. Bryan inspected my Attic, told me everything that needed to be done, and followed up with text messages and phone calls. His crew came out within days. The crew was “Awesome”! They worked very hard and diligently, got everything finished in one day. This company is amazing! Over time squirrels had gotten in our attic through the soffits and left many openings. Then we got a raccoon. We called the Fanatics and they came out in the morning to assess the problem. By the end of the day they had made sure there were no animals in the attic and they blocked all the access points! So helpful and so fast! The owner was kind and helped us out so much with the whole process. We very much recommend this company!👍

Very professional, quick, and clean! We received a few quotes and Attic Fanatics was the best deal. We re-did the attic insulation in our 100 year old home and ever since our home's temperature is much more stable in the frigid winter months. Our attic was also deep cleaned and sanitized and looks amazing now. All of the flooring was placed back neatly and areas missing flooring were fixed as well.

We had suspected something was off with our attic for a while, but it wasn't until a week ago that we finally went up there to take a look ourselves. We didn’t see much at first, but when Coby came by on 4/3, he pointed out what he had noticed – a dead bird, a nest, lint leakage, blackish foam, mice poop in the basement, and more. We quickly decided to have them handle the removal/cleaning, air sealing, replacement, and rodent-proofing work. Marlon's team did an excellent job on 4/7, and everything was done very neatly. We’re so much more at ease now living in the same space. Their service is highly recommended!
