Bat removal is not pest control. It is construction.

Exterminators put down traps and come back next month. That does not work with bats. Bats return to the same roost year after year. The only permanent solution is sealing your home so they cannot get back in.

That means inspecting the entire roofline, identifying every gap, removing the bats humanely with one-way exclusion devices, then permanently sealing every opening with heavy-gauge hardware cloth and metal flashing. Screwed in. Not stapled. Not foamed.

Then we clean out the guano, sanitize, and restore the attic. One crew walks in. When they walk out, the bats are gone, the entry points are sealed, and your attic is clean.

Bat found in attic during inspection

Family-owned. 5,000+ wildlife jobs.

Signs you might have bats

Squeaking or scratching sounds at dusk or dawn
Small dark droppings that crumble to powder when touched
Dark staining around roofline gaps or soffit edges
A musty or ammonia-like smell from the attic
Bats visible entering or exiting at sunset

Not sure? That is what the inspection is for. Free, no obligation.

A note about timing.

New Jersey protects bats during maternity season (roughly May through August). We know the legal timelines, work within them, and tell you upfront what can be done and when. We would rather be straight with you than rush a job that backfires.

Bats in the attic? Here is what to do.

Free inspection. Full cost upfront. No obligation.

How much does bat removal cost?
It depends on the colony size and how many entry points need sealing. We inspect first, for free, and give you the full cost before any work starts. No surprises.
Will the bats come back?
We seal every entry point with heavy-gauge hardware cloth and metal flashing. Screwed in. Not stapled. Not foamed. If bats get back into a sealed area, we come back. Free.
Can you remove bats any time of year?
Not always. New Jersey protects bats during maternity season (roughly May through August) when flightless pups are present. Excluding adults during this window can trap pups inside, which is illegal and creates worse problems. The best windows are early spring (March through April) and fall.
Is bat guano dangerous?
Bat guano can harbor Histoplasma capsulatum, a fungus that becomes airborne when droppings are disturbed. Professional cleanup with proper respiratory protection is the right approach. This is not a DIY job.
How is this different from calling an exterminator?
Exterminators set traps and spray. That does not work with bats. Bats return to the same roost year after year. The only permanent solution is sealing your home so they cannot get back in. We do structural exclusion, full guano cleanup, and attic restoration. One crew, one scope, done.
Are you licensed?
